These Terms of Service govern your use of parlorexchange.com and any services provided by Parlor Exchange Global ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
Consulting services
Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Parlor Exchange Global. Scheduling a consultation does not create a consulting relationship until that agreement is signed.
The Vault: access and payment
Access to The Vault is sold as a one-time purchase for a single user account and is not a subscription. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publish the materials. Fees are stated at checkout and are charged through our payment processor. Because the materials are digital and delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Intellectual property
All content on the site and within The Vault — including documents, templates, text, and design — is owned by Parlor Exchange Global or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your own business.
