The PEG approach

We don't prescribe before we understand.

Our methodology keeps us from forcing a familiar answer onto an unfamiliar business.

How PEG moves a business forward.

Our process is a disciplined cycle: understand what is true, question what is assumed, build the right route, then learn from what happens.

01

Understand

See the business, owner, customers, resources, constraints, and ambition clearly.

02

Challenge

Question the habits, assumptions, and industry conventions limiting the answer.

03

Strategize

Choose the route that makes sense for this business—not every business.

04

Build

Translate strategy into people, processes, systems, tools, and action.

05

Optimize

Measure the result, locate the new bottleneck, and refine the route.

Challenge convention. Respect reality.

Unconventional does not automatically mean smart. Conventional does not automatically mean wrong. PEG asks a better question: what makes sense here?

If a familiar route fits the objective and circumstances, we use it. If it does not, we look for another. The value is not in being different for attention. The value is in seeing options that generic advice misses.

That means we may confirm your instinct, challenge it, simplify the plan, delay the growth push, restructure the offer, remove unnecessary work, or tell you that the problem you brought us is not the real problem.

Good consulting does not give you more to do. It makes the right work easier to see.

Bring the goal, the mess, and the unanswered questions.
