Your first 30 days
Displaced experts focus on setting up as an independent business during days 1 to 30: structure, invoicing, and pricing.
By day 60, the milestone is being on the path to being hired. By day 90, it is being positioned as an industry expert.
Existing owners begin with the kickoff, brand audit, and a custom roadmap. Choose the first change to implement and review progress in the individual check-ins.
How we measure success
For displaced experts, check progress against the business setup, hiring, and positioning milestones. For existing owners, compare revenue with the starting position and work toward a first increase by day 90.
When you are moving toward a larger revenue level, moving up to Partner is the next conversation.
Targets are not guarantees. Results depend on the business and on client participation.
Not included
Deep operations setup, Partner-level business audits and reporting, hiring and delegation support, and done-for-you implementation are not included in Accelerate.
Who it is not for
